Single Session: $160
Includes 60-70 minutes one-on-one time with Dr. Linnea.

Physical Therapy Treatment
Single Session: $140
Includes 50-55 minutes one-on-one time with Dr. Linnea.
Treatment including manual therapy & corrective exercises, continual assessment, and home exercise program/progressions. Follow up emails/texts between sessions as needed.
Virtual Physical Therapy (Illinois)
Initial Evaluation: $125
Follow Up Session: $105
Includes a 45 minute virtual session one-on-one time with Dr. Linnea. Evaluation, education, and exercise instruction and progressions. Follow up emails/texts between sessions as needed. Includes communication with physician as needed.
90 Minute PT Session
1 session (90 minutes): $220
Includes 90 minutes of one-on-one time with Dr. Linnea. This is a great first visit when addressing 2-3 problem areas. Includes treatment, education, and home program.

Performance, Recovery, & Wellness
Single Session: $140
50-55 minutes of one-on-one time with Dr. Linnea. Continuation of formal PT, reducing risk of future injury, reaching your fitness goals, or helping you recover from your recent sporting event.

Concierge Physical Therapy
Traveling to you for your session whether it's in home, at your place of work or at a park.
Initial Assessment: $180
Follow Up Session: $160
Insurance
Beyond Physio chooses to work directly with you instead of contracting with your insurance company. This allows us to provide one-on-one, individualized and exceptional care without limitations from insurance companies. You will receive upfront pricing without any extras or surprises.
Many patients already have high deductibles and are paying hundreds of dollars for physical therapy services. These clinics are also likely double and even triple booking their staff. Insurance can decided what treatment a patient will receive based on what insurance will approve for payment.

If requested, Beyond Physio will provide you a receipt with necessary coding to submit to your insurance for your out of network benefits. Please be aware of your benefits prior to your appointments if you wish to utilize these. Beyond Physio is not affiliated with Medicare; those who do have Medicare or Medicaid benefits will need to see a contracted provider.
You can use companies, such as Reimbursify, to assist you in claiming your out of network benefits.
Paperwork
Paperwork will be emailed to you from Jane, the company we use for our medical records. Please fill this out prior to your appointment. This will help your therapist understand more about your medical history.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept check, cash, or debit/credit card, as well as health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) for payment.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to a good faith estimate. This will be included in your initial paperwork. We strive to be transparent with our fees and you will never be charged anything extra. Treatment is voluntary and you are not required to schedule additional appointments.

Your First Visit
Your initial physical therapy visit will include a comprehensive evaluation which includes a review of your history, concerns, goals, and a thorough assessment. We will develop a personalized plan together that will address your needs and help you reach your goals.
We hope that after this first visit you will have a good understanding of our plan and that you leave feeling positive about your recovery. Your first visit may also include instruction on a home exercise program, manual techniques, and/or modalities.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in so we can better assess the area of concern. If we are meeting you wherever it's convenient outside of the clinic setting, whether that's your home, during your kids baseball practice, or at your workplace, we just need a small space for our treatment table and an area to do some exercises. We love treating outside when the weather cooperates!
If we are treating you virtually, you just need your phone or computer with video capabilities, internet, and the link in your email to start your session.
