We offer a unique experience with our individualized, one on one sessions to get you to your ideal level of function.
How does it work?
We listen to you and your history. We hear you and your concerns and we work together every step of the way.
We evaluate your motion, strength, and function as it relates to your impairment(s) or limitations and goals. We may take a look at your shoulders, back, knees, feet, and more because we know that the pain or limitations you are experiencing may be stemming from another area of the body. We try to find the cause rather than just treat the symptoms so we can improve your long term pain.
Treatment:
We provide skilled manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and more within our sessions.
Education is a big component of our sessions as well. We want to give you the tools to understand your body and be able to continue your progress outside of therapy.
We see results quicker and with less sessions compared to your typical PT clinic. This is because we spend a full hour with you and spread our appointments out based on YOUR needs.
